Hotel Reservation Information

Friends and Family! We are fast approaching the big day and I wanted to get the hotel list up here on the site for everyone to start making their reservations! I've listed the local hotels below. I would like to encourage folks to stay at the Dry Creek Inn and have reserved rooms at a discounted rate. Please call to book and mention the Ball/Shapiro wedding. It is located in Healdsburg and has a central location to the winery and downtown Healdsburg. They also have a AAA rate that is quite reasonable. If you are looking for something more quaint, the Geyserville Inn or Healdsburg Inn are wonderful little spots. The Healdsburg Inn, Hotel Healdsburg, and H2 are located right on the square in Healdsburg and are perfect locations to enjoy the town. We don't reccomend staying in Windsor or Santa Rosa, you will be far from the action and fun!

Transportation from the Dry Creek Inn to the wedding venue will be provided.

PICKUP Times: 4:30PM & 5:00 PM
RETURN Times: 10:00PM & 10:30PM

If you are not staying at the Dry Creek Inn, but plan on taking the shuttle please arrive atleast 10 minutes prior to departure.

Our wedding venue is very limited in size, and really doesn't work well with small children, please keep this in mind when making your accommodation arrangements, a babysitter may be needed for the night of the wedding. If you need babysitting please email me directly at briandshapiro@gmail.com and help you coordinate with local folks with little ones in tow.
